  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Halved cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by combining warm water and yeast in a bowl; let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour and sea salt. Create a well in the center, add the yeast mixture and olive oil, then stir until combined.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough; transfer to a greased baking sheet and stretch it to fill the pan. Let it rise again for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Drizzle olive oil over the top, sprinkle with sea salt, and press toppings into the dough.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
