  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 lb baby or fingerling potatoes, halved
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss halved potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. While potatoes bake, season steak cubes with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites in batches for 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet once steak bites are browned. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Combine crispy potatoes with steak bites in the skillet; toss to coat in garlic butter.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
