  • 2 cups Fritos corn chips

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen corn in a colander under cool running water and drain thoroughly.
  2. Dice the red bell pepper into small pieces and slice the green onions.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed corn, diced bell pepper, sliced green onions, and ranch dressing. Stir until well-coated.
