  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  4. Stir in capers and let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Return chicken to the pan and simmer for an additional 2 minutes to absorb flavors.
