  • 200g high-quality dark chocolate
  • 100g unsalted pistachios, finely chopped
  • 100g kunefe dough
  • 100g condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine kunefe dough and condensed milk in a bowl. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Once cooled slightly, shape small portions of the kunefe filling into balls and dip each into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  4. Roll the chocolate-coated balls in chopped pistachios until covered.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least one hour to set.
  6. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
