Description

Creamy Garlic Chicken is a luxurious dish featuring tender chicken in a velvety garlic sauce, perfect for elevating any dinner into a gourmet experience.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Cook the seasoned chicken for 7-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan.
  4. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits. Gradually mix in heavy cream while stirring until combined.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and warm for a couple of minutes before serving.
