  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French loaf in half lengthwise and place cut-side up on a baking sheet.
