Description

Crab Rangoon Pinwheels are a deliciously crispy treat that combines the classic flavors of Crab Rangoon in an easy-to-eat format. Each bite features a crunchy wonton wrapper filled with a creamy mixture of real crab meat, cream cheese, and fresh green onions. Perfect for game day, parties, or simply indulging on a weeknight, these pinwheels are sure to impress your guests and satisfy your cravings.

  • 8 wonton wrappers
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 6 oz lump crab meat
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil or melted butter (for brushing)
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, and soy sauce until well combined.
  3. Place about a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold diagonally to seal.
  4. Brush the pinwheels lightly with oil or melted butter and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve hot with sweet chili sauce.
