  • 1/2 lb fresh chorizo
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo for 5-7 minutes until browned and crumbly.
