  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken by poaching in salted water for 15-20 minutes or grilling over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Allow to cool before shredding.
  2. While cooling, wash the grapes and chop the celery. If using walnuts, chop them roughly.
