  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente, drain, rinse, and set aside.
