  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Trim excess fat from the brisket; season generously with salt and pepper.
