Caramel Apple Pie Cups are a charming twist on traditional apple pie, perfectly sized for single servings.   • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 3 medium Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, toss the sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon until well coated.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface and cut circles to fit into the muffin tin.
  4. Place each pie crust circle into the muffin tin and fill with the apple mixture.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drizzle warm caramel sauce over each cup before serving.
