Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until moistened. Press firmly into a lined baking dish.
- Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and mix well; then stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in crushed candy canes, reserving some for topping. Pour half of the filling over the crust, then drop spoonfuls of remaining filling on top. Swirl gently with a knife.
