- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 cups ripe tomatoes, diced (preferably heirloom or vine-ripened)
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 8 oz pasta (bowtie or penne recommended)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
