  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk; mix until smooth.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface into a rectangle and cut it into four-inch squares.
