Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into twelve 2-ounce patties.
- Sauté onions in a skillet until translucent (about 3–5 minutes).
- Place patties on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Assemble sliders: place patties on buns, top with cheese, pickles, onion, lettuce, and special sauce. Close with the top bun.
