  • 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until well combined.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Lower heat, add drained pasta to the skillet with shrimp, pour in the Bang Bang sauce, and toss gently until everything is coated.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
