Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Warm the milk in a small bowl and sprinkle in the yeast; let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, and sugar. Add the frothy yeast mixture.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and cinnamon. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until combined; dough will be sticky.
- Knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for about an hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle about half an inch thick. Spread softened butter over it and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before rolling tightly.
