- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 lb Italian sausage (sweet or spicy)
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil salted water in a large pot; cook rigatoni until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage until cooked through. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cooked rigatoni with ricotta cheese, half each of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Layer half of the pasta mixture in a greased baking dish, followed by half of the sausage sauce. Repeat layers and top with remaining cheeses.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; uncover and bake another 15 minutes until golden brown.
