  • 2 cups shredded smoked gouda cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
