- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup plain breadcrumbs

- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain and chop finely.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, chopped bacon, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, egg, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
