  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp espresso powder
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Dark chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sour cream and powdered sugar until combined.

  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks; gently fold it into the cheesecake mixture until well blended.
