  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves, tightly packed
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, steep fresh mint leaves in coconut milk for 5-10 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Blend with agave syrup and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate the blended mixture for at least one hour.
