  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract. Blend in cocoa powder and flour until just combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and sour cream until creamy.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Spoon dollops of cheesecake mixture on top and swirl in fresh raspberries before adding the remaining brownie batter.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Allow cooling completely before slicing into squares.
