Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in sugar, then add eggs one by one, mixing well. Fold in flour and vanilla until just combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Dollop cream cheese mixture on top and swirl with a knife. Add remaining brownie batter and swirl again.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let cool before slicing.
