- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in sugar, then add eggs one by one, mixing well. Fold in flour and vanilla until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Dollop cream cheese mixture on top and swirl with a knife. Add remaining brownie batter and swirl again.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let cool before slicing.
