Instructions

  2. In another bowl, combine milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips carefully.
  5. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  6. Pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form (about 2 minutes). Flip and cook another minute until golden brown.
