  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Wrap each breast with 2 slices of bacon.
  3. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  4. Place wrapped chicken in the baking dish and drizzle half of the sauce over it.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bacon is crispy and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Drizzle remaining sauce before serving.
