Ingredients

  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Gather and chop garlic and green onions.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and sear until golden brown (about 6-7 minutes).
  3. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl until combined.
  4. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken, stirring continuously until thickened (approximately 5 minutes).
