- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

- Add melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla to the mashed bananas; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Add remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar blend.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling before slicing.
