- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by slicing the flank steak, bell peppers, and onion; mince the garlic.
- Marinate the steak in a bowl with half of the soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sauté onions until softened; then add bell peppers and stir-fry for about three minutes.
- Push veggies aside and add marinated steak; sear until browned (about five minutes).
- Pour in remaining soy sauce and oyster sauce; toss everything together and simmer briefly.
