Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls. Stir fruit puree into one bowl until fully combined.
- Spoon dollops of both mixtures into the cooled crust and gently swirl using a knife.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
