Description

Easter Swirl Pie is a vibrant and creamy dessert that brings together fruity flavors and sweet cream, making it the perfect centerpiece for your holiday celebration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fruit puree (strawberries or raspberries recommended)
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)
  • Fresh fruit slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  2. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Divide the mixture into two bowls. Stir fruit puree into one bowl until fully combined.
  5. Spoon dollops of both mixtures into the cooled crust and gently swirl using a knife.
  6. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit slices.
