  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese (or feta), shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
