  • 8 oz dried Chinese noodles
  • 1 cup ground pork
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp sesame paste
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup crushed peanuts

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground pork for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it into small pieces.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
