Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and half of the cinnamon until well combined.
- Layer half of the apple slices in the baking dish, followed by half of the cottage cheese mixture. Repeat with the remaining apples and cottage cheese.
