- 2 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis into noodle-like strands.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and sauté shredded carrots and bell peppers until softened.
- In a bowl, whisk together fish sauce, tamarind paste, brown sugar, lime juice, and Sriracha until well blended.
- Toss zucchini noodles into the skillet with the sautéed veggies. Stir gently until warmed through but still al dente.
