- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 4 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture. Cut into cubes.
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat; sauté the tofu until golden brown on all sides.
- Add garlic; sauté until fragrant. Then toss in bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Cook for 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
- Stir in cooked lo mein noodles along with soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well over low heat.
