  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 2 cups green or red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp: In a bowl, combine lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and coat well; let marinate for 15 minutes.
