  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Mince garlic, slice chicken into bite-sized pieces, and thaw shrimp if frozen.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté chicken pieces seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet.
  4. Add shrimp and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook until shrimp turns pink and tomatoes soften (3-5 minutes).
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet. Combine with cooked spaghetti, adding reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
  6. Stir in fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese before serving hot.
