- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, eggs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into small patties about 2 inches wide.
- Heat 1/4 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry the patties in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce.
