Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.75 oz) wild-caught salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, eggs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties about 2 inches wide.
  3. Heat 1/4 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Fry the patties in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce.
