- 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, romaine)
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar until combined.
