- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds; place them upright in the baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with diced onions until browned; add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in ketchup, salt, pepper, and paprika; mix well and cook for an additional minute.
