- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, green onions, garlic, ginger, breadcrumbs, ketchup, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
- With wet hands, roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for frying.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for about 20 minutes or fry until browned on all sides (3-4 minutes per side).
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice for the dip.
- Serve warm alongside spicy mayo dip.
