  • 200g all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. Sauté lardons in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; drain on paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder; set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat melted butter with eggs, then stir in milk until smooth.
  5. Gently combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients, then fold in sautéed lardons and herbs.
