Description

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • Fresh fruit (optional, for serving)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Gradually add milk while stirring to create a silky batter.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe container and let it cool slightly before adding it to the batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray or butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat evenly.
  4. Cook each crepe for 1-2 minutes until golden brown on both sides; flip when edges lift slightly.
  5. Spread chocolate hazelnut spread along one side of each crepe and roll them up tightly.
