- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth

Instructions
- Chop the onion and mince the garlic. Sear chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown (about 4 minutes per side).
- In your crockpot, combine seared chicken, onion, garlic, green salsa, hominy, and vegetable broth. Stir gently.
- Season with salt and pepper; add lime juice.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken shreds easily with a fork.
