Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in olive oil, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While baking, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes) and stir in lemon juice.
  6. Drizzle the garlic sauce over the crispy chicken before serving.
