- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken breasts and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station: In one bowl, whisk together eggs and milk; in another, mix flour with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and drain on paper towels.
- For the gravy: In the same skillet, melt butter and whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually add chicken broth while whisking continuously until thickened. Stir in heavy cream until creamy.
