  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 1 packet (1 oz) French onion dip mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine frozen hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and French onion dip mix until mixed well.
  3. Layer half of the potato mixture in the prepared baking dish, sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top, repeat with the remaining mixture, and finish with the remaining cheese.
