  • 3 cups cooked penne pasta
  • 2 cups diced boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Boil a pot of water and cook the penne pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté diced chicken until fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. In another pan on low heat, combine heavy cream and minced garlic; heat through without boiling.
  5. In your baking dish, mix cooked pasta, sautéed chicken, half of the Parmesan cheese, and creamy garlic sauce until well combined.
  6. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
